Major Description
An entry in etc/overrides.properties will be selected even if this ignores a classifier in the replaced bundle.
E.g: given the entry "mvn:com.example.foo/foo-api/1.0" this would replace a bundle with the mvn coordinate "mvn:com.example.foo/foo-api/1.0/jar/something".
This causes a bug in our use case, as both bundles might exist and differ in contents.
