[KARAF-6370] StaticInstallSupport should log update/uninstall bundle when throwing UnsupportedOperationException

Description

When the StaticInstallSupport fails with UnsupportedOperationException (especially in the karaf:verify maven goal), it would be helpful for users to log the bundle in cause (causing refresh).
