[KARAF-5588] Increase max number of threads in the scheduler by default

Description

Now, the scheduler can only executed 4 jobs in the same time. It's pretty low, especially when users have several runnable collectors (like JMX, socket, etc).
I will increase to 50 by default. By the way, it's now configurable in the `etc/org.apache.karaf.scheduler.quartz.cfg` (coming in 4.1.5 and 4.2.0).
