Description

I try to install a feature which contains a bundle like org.apache.karaf.deployer.spring;blueprint.graceperiod:=false.
This bundles is already installed. And its symblolic name contains some attributes.
FeatureCore try to install it instead of to do nothing.
The check "if a bundle is already installed" is bugged

I propose a patch
