Description

Previousely In 4.0.x we can do

         <startupBundles>

            <bundle>mvn:${project.groupId}/${project.artifactId}/${project.version};start-level=80</bundle>

          </startupBundles>

but this doesn't work in 4.2-SNAPSHOT
