log commands should limit number of lines printed instead of number of log entries

            Description

            log:tail only shows the n last log entries. Still sometimes it looks like it shows masses of log data. This is when you have stack traces in the log. A full stack trace only counts as one line currently. I think a good enhancement would be to change the logic to really only show n lines instead of n log records.
