Minor Description
To create a very low footprint karaf container, we disabled all jmx/mbean functionality, but the features activator still registers the StandardManageableRegionDigraph.
Having an option not to register that mbean would also help us avoid the startup of the mbeanserver at all, preventing some amount of memory usage and classloading.
