[KARAF-4932] Remove blueprint compat and blueprint annotations bundles

Description

We are in the process of retiring some old blueprint features in Aries.
As there will be no new versions of these we should remove the bundles and feature from karaf 4.1.0.

The following will be removed:

• blueprint-core-compatibility bundle from aries-blueprint feature
• aries-annotation feature
