Support OFF log level in log:set console command

            Description

            It is not possible to switch off logging for a logger using Karaf console command.
            The following levels are supported at this moment: "TRACE", "DEBUG", "INFO", "WARN", "ERROR", "DEFAULT" (https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/master/log/src/main/java/org/apache/karaf/log/command/SetLogLevel.java)
            It would be nice to add OFF level (it exits in log4j and logj4 2 levels) to the supported list.
