Refresh of the pax-logging-service cause log:* commands errors

            Description

            At first start, for instance the installation of the webconsole feature triggers the refresh of the pax-logging-service bundle, causing error when using the log:* commands:

            karaf@root()> display
Error executing command:
org/ops4j/pax/logging/service/internal/PaxLevelImpl
