Throw an error when removing a repo containing installed features

            Description

            When we add a feature repo, and we install features from this repo, if after that, we remove the repo, the features are not displayed anymore (but the bundles are still installed). It's not obvious for the user in which state the features are.
            We should display a warning when doing feature:repo-remove while we have some features from this repo installed (or even don't allow to remove the repo).
