[KARAF-4024] role.policy "group" ceased to function

Description

After upgrading from Karaf 2.3.3 to 2.4.3, it seems as if the role policy "group" is no longer working.

I would expect an upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4 to remain compatible in this regard. It still seems to be documented at http://karaf.apache.org/manual/latest-2.x/developers-guide/security-framework.html#Rolediscoverypolicies.html
