[KARAF-3880] Provide a standard feature just wrapping all boot features from the standard distribution

Description

In order to simplify creation of custom distribution 'on top' of Karaf, it would be great to provide (again) the standard feature containing all standard distribution boot features.
Else, the users have to know the list of all features (shell, aries-blueprint, etc).
