Description

All of the following files contain an empty comment:

assembly/src/main/distribution/text/etc/org.apache.karaf.log.cfg
assembly/src/main/distribution/text/etc/org.apache.karaf.management.cfg
assembly/src/main/distribution/text/etc/org.apache.karaf.shell.cfg
assembly/src/main/distribution/text/etc/users.properties

While no comment is ok, an empty comment is quite wired I'll document the params
