Description

When you invoke the admin:stop command to stop a root container, the corresponding item.0.pid property in the instance.properties file is not zeroed out

However, if you invoke the admin:stop command to stop a child container, the child's item.x.pid property is zeroed out. Also, if you run 'admin stop DEV' from the bin directory or any child's bin dir, that also zeroes out the item.0.pid.
