Major Description
The ticket we opened Karaf-3218 was marked as a duplicate and we were pointed to another ticket, Karaf-3075, which says the issues is fixed in Karaf 2.3.6. However, we noticed that the fix has not made it into 2.3.6 or 2.3.9. Please investigate and let us know a path forward for the 2.3.x branch.
