[KARAF-3246] Rename jpa features as jpa/jpa20 and jpa21

Description

Now, Aries JPA provides jpa 2.0 and jpa 2.1 support.

However, the jpa features in Karaf are non easy to understand: jpa 1.0.0 and 1.0.1.

I propose to rename:

• jpa 1.0.0 feature as jpa20 1.0.0 (and keep jpa alias for backward compatibility)
• jpa 1.0.1 feature as jpa21 1.0.1
