Description

During feature installation, the feature service is looking for the MANIFEST as first position of the jar file, resulting to:

Manifest not present in the first entry of the zip
mvn:org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler/ecj/4.4

The feature service should scan the jar looking for the MANIFEST.
