[KARAF-3111] Instance/Admin Service should provide more options as part of instance settings

Description

Currently, the instance service is using its own "copies" of some files like system.properties. Some others are being reused from the root instance's configuration.

It should be possible to provide more control and let the user override any of those resources or even allow the user to specify and override additional resources.
