Description

so that we can also use command shell to edit org.apache.karaf.jaas.modules.publickey.PublickeyLoginModule karaf realm
and use
jaas:useradd
to add a user with public key and save to etc/keys.properties

currently we can only edit etc/keys.properties directly.
