[KARAF-3032] Multi-stage boot features function does not support over 3 stages.

Description

KARAF-608 Allow for multi-stage boot features installation
was already fixed and multi-stage boot is supported now.

But It only support 2 stage at most:
BootFeaturesInstaller#parseBootFeatures
will parse some format such as "(obr,war),activemq,cxf,camel," and create stages.
But it seems that regular expression should be "(\\((.?))
),|." instead of "(\\((.))
),|.".
