Sync skipTests and invoker.skip

            Description

            Now, the Maven plugins itests are executed. To skip it, we have to use -Dinvoker.skip=true (in addition of the -DskipTests to bypass utests).

            To avoid to disturb the users, it would be sync skipTests and invoker.skip values.
