Description

Currently there is no easy way to export Actions as commands outside the blueprint namespace handler.

What I want to achieve is a way to define Actions that is framework agnostic (so it should work in blueprint, ds, ..) and that only exposes the user to the interfaces and annotations. There should be no dependencies from user code to karaf impl classes.

The implementation should also allow to define completers.
