[KARAF-2687] Better thread name for lock and shutdown background threads

Description

Notice that in my karaf container the JVM has threads just named Thread-1, Thread-2, etc.

So looking into naming these better, so its easier for people to monitor and manage their Karaf based JVMs.

I am attaching screenshots of jconsole with the thread name examples.
