Description

When executing instance:start, the instance doesn't start (it stays in Starting state).

In the instance log, we can see:

2013-11-12 11:11:41,901 | ERROR | FelixStartLevel | BootFeaturesInstaller | 7 - org.apache.karaf.features.core - 3.0.0.SNAPSHOT | Error Boot feature framework not found

It looks like instance file (especially etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg) is not fully correct.
