Description

Previous Karaf versions provided features:refreshurl (to refresh one or all features URL).

Unfortunately, we don't have the equivalent of features:refreshurl in 3.0.0.

I gonna add feature:repo-refresh command (and the corresponding operatiob on the Feature MBean).
