Description

I would like to fix an inconsistence in the diag command I introduced when I created this command.

bundle:diag currently provides diagnostics about failed bundles but also about duplicate package exports. I now think these two things do not belong together.

So I would like to move the duplicate package reporting to package:exports and show it when a new option -d like duplicates is used.
