Description

While testing with a karaf 2.3.3 version and some errors in the repos I found several bugs.

On failed resolution of artifacts the plugin breaks execution even if it should ignore failures.

The default karaf 3 repo urls are always added. Obviously they do not work for versions <3 as the groupId different.

I can fix most bugs by adding some exception handling.

The default repos are a problem though as they can not be switched off.
So I plan to remove adding default repos. People can easily add the needed karaf default repos. So this is less error safe than before.
