Description

After installing the wrapper feature (feature:install wrapper), and install the wrapper (wrapper:install), CTRL-D binding keys stuck to shutdown Karaf:

To uninstall the service :
$ rm /etc/init.d/karaf-service
karaf@root()> ^D
