[KARAF-2430] Incorrect spring artifact ids in standard features.xml

Description

features.xml refers to spring artifacts with incorrect artifact ids. For isntance org.springframework.transaction instead of spring-tx. Looking both in maven and spring repository I could not find the long artifact id.

Building a new karaf distribution gives the following error.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.karaf.tooling:features-maven-plugin:2.3.2:add-features-to-repo (add-features-to-repo) on project reva-distribution: Can't resolve bundle org.springframework:org.springframework.transaction:jar:3.2.3.RELEASE: Failure to find org.springframework:org.springframework.transaction:jar:3.2.3.RELEASE in http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced
