[KARAF-2407] dev:create-dump should generate full stack traces of each thread

Description

dev:create-dump create a thread dump on the local file system.
However the stack trace of each thread in the dump only shows the top 8 stack elements not the full stack.
For proper trouble shooting the full stack trace of each thread is invaluable.
