Description
Features added to bundled karaf fail to start due to wrong maven repo resolution.
All features and jars exist in the system folder. Without maven repo they are copied to a new ~/.m2 and karaf starts correctly. With an empty repo or missing features/jars karaf tries to download the features from the URL (which is a closed repo) specified in my settings file instead of searching for them in the system folder.
