[KARAF-2019] Wrapper doesn't display all Linux statements

Description

wrapper:install command doesn't display the same comparing Karaf 2.x and 3.0.

The Karaf 2.2.x and 2.3.x branches display the whole information for both Debian/Ubuntu and RHEL/Fedora systems. Whereas the 3.0/trunk displays only the "generic" Linux ones.
