[KARAF-1871] KeepRuntimeFolderTest is named wrong and does not assert anything

Description

The KeepRuntimeFolderTest actually sets up a test with a specified unpackdirectory that deletes the instance. So the test is not named correctly.

We should rename to UnpackDirectoryTest and test that the specified directory is used.
