Description

Each karaf console (local as well as ssh) runs in its own thread. Currently the threads only have numbers.

We should give the console threads meaningful names. At least we could name them "Karaf Shell". Even better would be something like <user>@Karaf Shell <type>:
karaf@Karaf shell local
karaf@Karaf shell ssh
