Pressing strg+d during log:tail make everything hang

            Description

            I've not tried on any other platform but I expect them for having the same behavior. If you press strg+d during log:tail the entire shell hangs you have to kill karaf/ssh-shell to be able to enter anything again. This does not affect the processes themselves, but rather only the frontend
