[KARAF-1559] Demos should be included in the distro but not in the repository list

Description

Currently we deploy the demos to the demos folder of the distro but they are also present in the repository list.

Additionally the demo sources are packed below a resource folder. They would be simpler to use it they were kind of normal modules like e.g. in camel.

So I propose we do the following:

• Change the demos to be normal modules
• Find a way to package the demo project structure into the distro
• Make sure the demos are not in the repository list
• Document how to activate the demos when using the distro
