[KARAF-1556] standard-feature refers to non-existing "commands"-artifacts

Description

The assemblies/features/standard/pom.xml refers to artifacts that end in "commands" which seem to have been renamed to "command".
During compiling the snapshots are downloaded from m2, but with repository-system offline they are not available.
The pom should refer the "...command" artifacts as well (features.xml seems correct)
