[KARAF-1447] Make the three big (cxf, amq, camel) play nicely with Karaf 3 without change

Description

After kind too many refactorings all three players using Karaf are broken. Therefore we created a kind of chicken-egg-question. We can't really release before those three play nicely again and they wont accept changes before Karaf 3 is out. Therefore I think it's an ABSOLUTE must to make those three still play with Karaf-2.x AND Karaf-3.x. Either revert the refactorings broken them or provide deprecated, but still working versions of the old interfaces. We can remove them in Karaf 4 then.
