[KARAF-1407] Use useDeployFolder(false) together with scan features fail

Description

There's another problem burried in the internals. If you combine the scanFeatures features with the useDeployFolder feature the tests fail because scanFeature:mvn... is not reocgnised by karaf. Not sure what's going one here. Could be very likely also a bug of Karaf. I need to give this a closer shot.
