[KARAF-1406] scanFeatures is incompatible with editing the etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file

Description

KarafTestContainer#updateUserSetProperties(File karafHome, ExamSystem subsystem) overwrites any other editConfigurationFilePut options placed on etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg with the features to be installed.

So this means that if I wanted to strip away the default JBI features from ServiceMix (all the JBI SEs, BCs, etc.) and install the camel-jetty feature at the same time using scanFeatures, only the scanFeature option prevails.
