Description

Using Felix a bundle with an incorrect manifest will throw a console error and gets added to the list of installed bundles.
With Equinox, the same bundle receives an exception, that exception is never logged and the bundle will (Correctly) not show as installed.

felix fileinstall needs the following config line:

felix.fileinstall.log.level=3
