Description

This was fixed in ServiceMix a while ago in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-748 and would be nice to get fixed in Karaf as well. Essentially, outputting the line number ("L" option) is super slow according to the log4j docs: http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/apidocs/org/apache/log4j/PatternLayout.html
