Description

The new module hierarchy for camel 3.0 is:
"feature"/core
"feature"/command
"feature"/management

E.g we have this for bundle, feature, config, package, system, dump

The above modules have no big dependencies and form kind of the core of the karaf commands and management. They are also quite small each.

Currently these modules have 4 maven projects each. So together these are 24 projects and 18 bundles.

I propose we combine the core set of modules into a "framework" module that contains all of them. That would reduce karaf by 15 bundles which is quite a lot.
