[KARAF-1191] Switch back to millis per default on shell:sleep and introduce -s option

Description

Changing the default unit to seconds in shell:sleep was too wild, as people may use shell scripts.

I will switch back to millis per default, and introduce a s (-second) option if people wants to use seconds as unit.
