karaf-maven-plugin does not prefix non-bundles with the wrap: prefix when generating a feature.xml

            Description

            When using the karaf-maven-plugin to generate a feature.xml file it does not use the wrap: prefix for non-OSGi dependencies. Because of this the Karaf container will not see the expected exports because the non-OSGi dependency never gets wrapped.
