Description

Both tests `test_skip_and_log_to_dlq` and `test_file_source_and_sink` under `kafkatest.tests.connect.connect_test.ConnectStandaloneFileTest` fail with error messages similar to:
"TimeoutError: Kafka Connect failed to start on node: ducker@ducker04 in condition mode: LISTEN"
