Description

It would be nice that the test framework can read config files such as:

• system_test/testcase_to_run.json
• system_test/testcase_to_skip.json

in such a format:
{
"ReplicaBasicTest": [ "testcase_2", "testcase_3", "testcase_4", "testcase_5", "testcase_6" ]
}
