    Description

      Currently, the ProducerPool does not remove producers that are tied to dead brokers. Keeping such producers around can adversely effect normal producer operation by handing them out and failling - one such scenario is when updating cached topic metadata. It's best if we remove any producers that are tied to dead brokers to avoid such situations.
