Description

This is a follow up to KAFKA-2490, which introduced describeConsumerGroup(groupId: String): (Map[TopicPartition, String], Map[String, List[TopicPartition]]). It was suggested on the PR to rather have describeConsumerGroup(groupId: String): List[ConsumerSummary].
